KETO MINI PARTY PIZZAS

KETO MINI PARTY PIZZAS

Another keto pizza recipe. This time a little less exotic than the last one where the bottom was cooked with tuna. The Keto Mini Party Pizzas are a bit more classic when it comes to the dough ingredients. 😉

Similar to our latest bread recipe of the Keto walnut bread, the basis of the dough consists of sunflower seed flour. In connection with the other ingredients and the slightly higher dosed amount of yeast, the Keto Mini Pizza Dough results in a perfect pizza base dough if the walking time is adhered to.

INGREDIENTS:

150 grams of sunflower seed flour

40 grams of psyllium husk flour

55 grams of sunflower seeds

1 teaspoon bread spice

260 ml of warm water

12 grams of dry yeast

1 pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C

Sauce for the pizza base:

Can be made from tomato paste or self-pureed tomatoes.

Add some salt, pepper, oregano, basil, marjoram, fresh garlic, and onions (to taste) in a container and puree with the tomatoes or tomato paste for 1-2 minutes.

Our 4 pizzas:

Pizza Pollo with fried chicken fillet

Pizza mozzarella with fresh rocket

Pizza Funghi with fresh basil

Pizza Quattro Fromaggi

PREPARATION:

Mix the sunflower seed flour and psyllium husk flour with the bread spice and a pinch of salt. Stir the dry yeast into the warm water and let stand briefly. Now stir in the water with the dissolved yeast into the flour mixture with a kitchen mixer for 5 minutes. Now add the sunflower seeds. Knead the dough well with your hands in the bowl for a few minutes and crumble into pieces. Cover with a damp tea towel and let rise for 30-40 minutes in a warm place. If you want to spend a little more time and planning, you can prepare the dough the day before and let it rise overnight in a warm place, this makes it even lighter and the yeast develops even better.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and if you want, you can cut out round shapes with the edge of a bowl (e.g. a cereal bowl). Of course, the rolled out dough can also be placed whole on a baking sheet with baking paper and then covered.

Spread the sauce over the pizza base and top it as you like!

Consumption recommendation: With the dough, you can also make excellent small pizza rolls (see picture 3). To do this, simply roll out the dough into long strips with a rolling pin and wrap cheese in them. Young Gouda cheese is particularly recommended.

Preparation time:  20 minutes | Walking time:  30-40 minutes or overnight |  Baking time: a total of 25 minutes
